As we the opportunities that the New Year brings, I extend my heartfelt wishes to each member of the ITC family. The past year has been a testament to our collective resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence. 

We demonstrated the strength of our unity, and together, we achieved remarkable milestones. As we embark on this new chapter, let us carry forward the lessons learned, the triumphs celebrated, and the bonds strengthened.

2024 holds immense promise and potential for ITC. It also marks 60 years of our existence as Uganda’s insurance trainer. It is a canvas upon which we can paint our aspirations and dreams. Let us continue to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth. Our success is intricately woven into the collective efforts of every individual within our organisation, and our strategic partners both in and outside the insurance sector. 

I encourage each one of you to embrace the growth opportunities, both personally and professionally. As a college, we have our 2024 activity calendar which highlights all the engagement opportunities we have for you.
